How do you buy it?
Purchasing on our site is quick and easy:
1. browse the catalog and click on the product you are interested in
2. on the product details page, select your size and the color you prefer
3. click on "Add to cart"
4. a summary window will open, click on "View cart and proceed to purchase"
5. enter the shipping address and payment information
You can check and modify the contents of your cart at any time and you can pay with the main credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express and PostePay), with Paypal and also in cash, directly to the courier.
Do I have to register to complete the purchase?
No, you do not need to be registered to make purchases.
However, registration is fast, free, secure and allows you to access many advantages:
- receive updates on your order and check past purchases
- save your shipping preferences
- request returns online and verify refunds
- receive exclusive updates from the MED/EA world which reserves total ownership of the data provided and does not allow sale to third parties.
Can I save my favorite products?
To save your favorite products you must be a Registered User.

How can I check the status of the shipment?
The Tracking Number is indicated in the order confirmation email, a code that allows you to follow the shipment in real time on the courier's website.
If you do not receive the confirmation email within 24 hours, contact us.
Can I change my order before it ships?
The change is possible before the warehouse has processed the order. If you have changed your mind, we recommend that you immediately contact Customer Service, who will check the status of your request.
In any case, within 14 days of delivery of the order, you can request a return, for any reason. You can find more information in "Returns and Refunds" and in "Terms and Conditions".

How can I contact your Customer Service?
You will find the "Contact us" item at the bottom of the navigation pages. By clicking you will see a telephone number and a form to send an email.
Any costs relating to other forms of contact are not refundable.
Can I pay for my order in cash?
Yes, you can pay for your order conveniently in cash and directly to the courier. However, remember that the order amount must not exceed €4,999.99.
