What are the shipping times and costs?

Shipping is always free for purchases made by credit card or PayPal over €99.00. In case of purchase with ''cash on delivery'' payment method, the shipping cost is €9.00 and is not refundable in the event of a return. Delivery usually takes place within 3-6 working days depending on the location to be reached. The products are delivered by courier from Monday to Friday during office hours. Shipments and deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays. Always choose an address where someone can collect. If you prefer to receive your order in the office or at a concierge, also indicate the name of the contact person.
Did you know that from today you can place your order online and collect it for free in store? It's very simple: add the items to the cart and choose the store where you want to receive your order. To collect it, all you need is your order number and an identity document.

It's very simple: add the items to the cart and during the purchase phase you can select one of the stores where the in-store collection service is active. At the time of collection, all you need is your order number and an identity document.

How long do I have to collect the order in store?

You have 14 days from when your order arrives in store. We will send you an email as soon as your order is ready for collection.
In case of failure to collect, we will proceed with the refund arrangement.

What happens if I'm not at home when the courier passes?

The courier will make a further delivery attempt and/or you will receive an automatic email in which you can reschedule the delivery. If you do not receive this email and if the second attempt is unsuccessful, we invite you to contact Customer Service.

How can I check the status of the shipment?

The Tracking Number is indicated in the shipping confirmation email, a code that allows you to follow the shipment in real time on the courier's website. If you are a Registered User, you can track the shipment directly from the "My orders" section.

In case of payment on delivery, is it possible to collect the order in store?

No, in case of purchase with cash on delivery, it is not possible to collect it in store.
