How can I pay for my order?

We accept all major credit and rechargeable cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PostePay), PayPal and cash payment, directly to the courier.
In case of purchase with ''cash on delivery'' payment method, the shipping cost is €9.00 and is not refundable in the event of a return.
If you buy with PayPal you can decide to pay for your order in 3 installments without additional costs. By making the payment as a registered user via My Account, you will have to complete the checkout process entirely without resorting to Fast Checkout. To deactivate the service, simply access the "My payments" section and deselect Fast Checkout using the appropriate button.

What will be the currency of the charge?

Transaction amounts and product prices are always calculated in the local currency of the country where the order is shipped. Prices always include VAT.

My payment was not accepted: what happened?

If you used a credit card, carefully check the data you entered: the number, the type of card selected and the expiration date. If the payment is refused again, please contact our Customer Service who will provide you with more detailed assistance. Finally, remember that it is also possible to pay with PayPal.

What is the CVV/CVC code? And where do I find it?

The CVV (Card Verification Value) code is a security measure against fraud that allows you to identify the cardholder. On Visa and MasterCard cards, the code is printed on the back near the signature space, and is made up of 3 digits. On American Express cards, the code is printed on the front and consists of 4 digits.
